Actually should be interesting whenever they show, either for real or in the 'testing' ppa. (nothing yet, remain in an .experimental
(though can anticipate some typical complaints if the tomboy scope is default installed, probably won't be?

I don't mind the way Unity works or is laid out, but I'd never use it without turning off the "Scopes" or "send all your searches to Canonical" feature.

Anything noticeable in v7 besides "smart scopes"? I noticed it said "performance etc" but such vague words without numbers are usually typical PR in the release notes of any software.

Maybe the default should be off as that this kind of information gathering is questionable due to the kind of information send to the server (containing session ID, search term, state of the filters, user's platform, user's geographic info and user's locale).
