Today, Ubuntu says: "Unplugged Network Cable". The PC can not connect to local network.

In the same PC, I have Windows, and the PC can connect to local network.
I am assuming that you're tried plugging the cable into other switch ports, or connecting the other end to another device? It doesn't hurt to rule out the simple stuff.
If you disable and enable the connection, does it make a difference?
Has anything been added/changed?
I've never encountered this problem; my wired connections have always been the one thing I could trust to work, so I'm at a loss as what to suggest.
If you specify an IP/Gateway/DNS manually, does it make any difference? I'm going with the possibility that a DHCP lease expired, but I don't think it says "Unplugged Network Cable" when that's the case.
