    Try Gnome System Monitor, if I'm understanding what you mean by "task manager".

    I would second Gnome system Monitor. As for email, to import mail directly mbox is probably your best format, however I think evolution has a the ability to import from a PST file, but email will be tricky. When I switched from outlook to thunderbird years ago many of my old emails never made it through the transition. Thank M$ for not following the established standard
