Quanta Plus installation

Hi guys! I've just upgraded to xubuntu 12.04, I wanted to install Quanta Plus but I can't find it anywhere on the web, I've read that maybe it's included in kde web development kit (kdewebdev) but I can't understand how to install it, can anybody help me?

PC Intel i5, xubuntu 12.04
