Is this vBulletin theme available for download? It is simply THE best out there.

I'm offering to donate $50.00 via Paypal for the release of Ubuntuforums.org vBulletin theme. Will anyone else match my donation?

I've been super busy, I will try to have something for you by friday. There is some custom code that needs to be removed and then there is the fact some of the html is just messy

No rush. I intend to make it worth your while, so there is justification to work on this.

Would we be allowed to use the Ubuntu Icons as you have also? Or do we have to obtain permission from Canonical Ltd?

Why would you even ask such an absurd question?

You do not bribe ryan for his theme.
I think this a highly offensive question to the community.

    Re: Vbulletin Ubuntu theme

Ubuntu-geek has created one of the best vBulletin themes in existence, based off the Tango project concepts. He could probably charge for the distribution if he wanted.

Ubuntu-geek volunteered to release his theme previously, when he had time to do it. He did so before I even offered a donation. I simply offered him an incentive to work on it, while making a donation to the Ubuntu community forums. You call it bribery, I call it payment for services. To each his own. How much have you donated lately?

As far as the Ubuntu icons go, giving permission is ultimately up to Canonical Ltd., ostensibly Mark Shuttleworth. I respect their decision either way, as the icons are their intellectual property. If you consider my asking appropriate legal questions in these forums offensive, then I make no apologies.
