Internal TV Tuner PCI card

I don't know where to get a list of supported TV Tuner Cards for Lubuntu. story short.
So anyone able to provide a list of supported cards, or just recommend some budget cards?
I'm on AMD A4-3400, Asrock 75 chipset board, 8GB Ram.
Would like to keep the costs of the card as low as possible.
And to record shows if possible?

what type of cable signal are we talking about here? ATSC over the air, QAM from a cable provider, analog or digital?

I'm staying in Singapore.
Input to the card would be from a Cable Set-Top box from a provider.
The output of the settop box is either hdmi or the old school rca connector.

My needs would be best if I could get the HD signal in, and record it through the Lubuntu OS.
and ease of playback.

Would be good if I could record 2 different channels simultaneously.
