Howdy, I'm having this strange issue.
I'll just outline the situation.
>Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
>Thumbnails in Nautilus fail to load.
>Powertop says nautilus -n is using a lot of processing power when in a folder with images or videos
So that seems to be normal something-not-working, right? Here's where it gets strange.
>Loads thumbnails in trash.
>Thumbnails stay when files restored to previous location
Can anybody explain or provide a workaround for this? It drains my battery like nobody's business when I'm in folders working with pictures, I can't have any on my desktop or it'l heat up enough to cook an egg.
I'm decent with Linux, but this is confusing me, and there's nothing about it anywhere.
