    Ignoring Threads

I'd like to be able to permanently prevent certain threads that I'm 100% sure I won't participate in from popping up in forum indices, especially the "New Posts" index. Ideally, they should still be viewable, but shouldn't "bump" whenever a new post is made in them. This will reduce the clutter caused by threads people are absolutely not interested in and keep relevant threads higher up.

An "Ignore Thread" option under "Thread Tools" that marks the thread as read, and additionally prevents it from being registered as unread whenever a new post is made in it would be nice. Is this practical to implement?

Ignoring the 'returning to windows' threads would be a start

An 'ignore thread' option would be great. It seems that many are ignoring this, personally I couldn't resist with such a title

I'd love to ignore the Gun thread without excluding the entire Backyard.
