Ah I believe in Jaunty it moves to System > Administration

I'll have to check later when I'm at home and edit the original post

Dude, exposing your public ip like that is just plain dangerous.

My IP's changed since then - but I had realised that at the time. I was just too lazy to change the images

Thanks a lot this worked great, but I wonder if it is possible to have drives showing on my Desktop on boot? Like they did after I mounted them before using ntfs-config...
    Thank you for your time!

this is a really clean automount. thanks. was wondering how to do this for a while.
Now I don't have to worry about Exaile crashing when I forget to mount my partition with all my music on it before I open it.

How do you mean? I believe the default nautilus option is to show mounted drives on the desktop - if they're not mounted, they won't show.

That's almost the EXACT same reason I wrote the guide

    Joeb454,

Tried your post and it worked perfectly, the firs time! Man, Ubuntu 9.04 is SO cool! The video comes to life in a way the previous versions just didn't have up to steam. Thanks again for your exacting instructions and visuals. Even a chimp should be able to figure this out.

    Happily from the branches,

    Alabamian
