Laptop screen flickering off intermittently

Hi,

I have the same problem that you describe on this thread when i'm running on latitude E4310 an Ubuntu 10.04 with 2.6.32.24 kernel the laptop screen flickering off intermittently.

but when i use 2.6.32.21 or 2.6.32 22 kernel, i don't have any problem...

I have confirmed this too, both kernels 2.6.32.21 and 2.6.32.22 do not have the flickering issue. Both kernels will not wake from suspend either.

i've sent a bug report to kernel.org, but have no answers from them yet.
