Question How Can I Host A Counter-Strike: Source Server on Ubuntu Server?

    Hello.
I have been searching all over the Internet to find a solution to this answer, but I cant seem to find it anywhere.
I'm sick of paying each month to have a company host my Counter Strike Source server on a PC which is probably worse than mine.

Since I have 2, I want to try to host it on one of them which is quite good.
It's common knowledge to many gamers that game server run faster on Linux than Windows. For that I want to install it on my Ubuntu-Server.

But I just don't know how!!
In Windows, I managed to set up a server with Command Prompt/ Source Dedicated server through Steam. But I'm totally sure that it will run better on Ubuntu Server.

Does anyone know how I can set one up?
Through Steam - > Source Dedicated Server again?
Or is there a better way through terminal or something that will make it run even faster?

    Cheers, Nick.

I've never tried any of the following, but here are a couple of tutorials - one from the forums here.
