Hi:
After upgrading to UNR 10.4, my panel now states 'No Indicators' in the top right-hand corner (where the button to logout/shutdown/etc. used to be located). In addition, when I click on any member of the panel, I cannot move, remove from panel, or lock to panel. Each of those options are grey'd out.
As a side question, I also am interested in removing the evolution mail/Empathy chat icon that seems to be pre-installed on the panel.
