Hi!

I have a book in .chm format. I want to print it to read in bedtime.

OK. No luck printing with xCHM. I used chm2pdf to pass it to pdf. Big respects to the creator of the package chm2pdf but the pdf I've got is a mess, margins are shifted, estrange symbols appears etc.

So how could I manage to print my book to read it in bedtime? Maybe converting to html? (I've tried it but then i dunno how to tell firefox to print one page, then "clicks next" then print the next etc).

Please help!!
