    Window Placement Issue

Hello. I have either a problem with Compiz or Ubuntu window placement. Some windows load in perfectly fine position on the screen. but others, seem to be fixed to a bad position. Such as bluej. When I first open bluej, it is in a spot that is fully on screen. But when i go to "File -> Open" and open a new project, it is spawned in the very right bottom corner.

And when I switch desktops to find it, it is in desktop 2 in the very left hand corner.

It wasn't always like this, but each time I opened bluej it seemed to be shifting further and further near the corner until it was completely hidden by it.

As you would guess, this severely slows me down while coding and is very annoying. So any help would be appreciated. I do have Compiz but i'm not sure if that is the reason as I have tried disabling every plugin and it doesnt help at all. I have also tried using "Place Window" plugin which has no effect.

    Please help ASAP
