No "print to fax" in KDE4.1

Hi

I use KDE's print-to-fax feature a lot to send print jobs from KDE apps to a Hylafax server. However, this print option has disappeared in KDE4.1.

Does anyone know how to get it back?

How about not using a devlopment version? Hardy is the latest stable release and don't have any problem with this.

4.0 was the development version. 4.1 is intended for use.
