Hello, I recently installed firefox in kubuntu using sudo apt-get install firefox and it installed firefox 3.0 for me. I wanted to update to 3.0.1 but I don't know what is the best way to do this?

If you installed Firefox through the repositories then Firefox should be automatically updated to 3.0.1 when the Firefox 3.0.1 package has been uploaded to the repositories which should take sometime, probably a day or two.
Think carefully before executing commands containing "rm", especially "sudo rm -rf ", if you require more information concerning this matter, read this.
I am an experimenter, give me the most stable OS and I can make it unstable in a few hours.
