Right when I start xsane on Ubuntu 7.10, the Scanning for devices... windows pops up for 2 seconds, exits, shows "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" in terminal, then ends. I can print to my printer. It is an HP PhotoSmart C6200.

Bump. It used to work earlier, I have only installed OSS since then.
I even uninstalled OSS, still broken.![]()
