    Forcing a folder to be read-only?

    I want to force a folder to be read-only TO THE SYSTEM user. Why? Because I don't want an application being installed in a specific folder (*cough* Pando Media Booster, since it's no longer a service, and still auto-starts somehow.)

    It would be a better idea to uninstall the program instead of messing with permissions.
