Open the file manager Prefs
the second tab - the option is in there

Open the file manager
Along the top do you see the menu? Go to Edit > then in the drop down to > Preferences
Then to > Behaviour

It's there

Search for File Manager's icon in the sidebar or type 'file' into your dashboard search.



Start the application and go to Edit > Preferences
