Customize Boot Options on Ubuntu LiveUSB (Automatically boot 'toram')

    Hello,

Thanks for taking a look at this. I have a digital signage network using 10.04 LTS running from a live USB thumb drive. Currently at one of our locations the power frequently goes out, and this often corrupts the live usb thumb drive, making it unbootable. I would like to edit the live ISO so that it automatically boots using the 'toram' option. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I've Googled extensively, but cannot find how to do this. I believe the newer releases of Ubuntu support the 'toram' option, so I am aware I may need to update to a newer distro. Any support or advise is welcome. Thank you for your help!

Look at the boot files on the Live CD and just replicate the setting on the USB.
