Missing Cover Art for MP3 file

I haven't been able to find an answer for this. It appears that some MP3 files don't show up with cover art. I've triple checked the ID3 tags and every MP3 file in the directory has cover art. If I delete everything from ~/.thumbnails the icons get rebuilt, but then a different file will end up missing the cover art. It appears to be completely random. Any suggestions?

FYI, I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 and using GNOME Shell 3.2.1

And which media/music player you're using?

Well, I usually use Banshee...in this case, Banshee 2.2

I also have Rhythmbox and Audacious installed.

I tried changing around the default player that is used to open MP3 files, but that doesn't do anything. I looked at other folders I have with properly tagged MP3 files and some work just fine while others have the same issue. This isn't a major problem by any means, but it is quite an odd situation.

i have that same problem but it is banshee it rearranges music based on downloaded data from musicbrainz.
If Ubuntu had 31 flavors then we could call it Baskin' Ubuntu.
