Can someone on 10.10 confirm a graphical bug for me?

I made two topics about it so far this week but no one replied to those threads. =P

With the Ambiance theme selected (or any theme customized with Controls -> Ambiance) the broadcast status box in the Me Menu is black text on a nearly black background.

However, under Customize -> Colors -> Input Boxes the color is not set to black, and no matter what I change it to it stays the same.

Unless I switch to another theme or another theme under Controls, then changing "Input Boxes" will change that box and make it readable.

I was wondering if that box is stuck with a dark background and dark text for anyone else using the Ambiance theme.

I have a very custom GUI here, so I can't test that - but I'm using the default setup at home. I will subscribe to this thread, and check when home. I don't have the me menu installed, but I can reinstall it.

I actually have to broadcast messages on Twitter many times a day and would love if I could actually read the text in the broadcast box without eye strain.
