Actually, we didn't delete your post. We do not have the capability to do that. My best guess is that a forum moderator accidentally deleted it.
That said, I actually did answer your question before your post disappeared.
Here is the answer:
Wireless works fine in Ubuntu 8.04 on the GazV5. If you were not able to connect, it was probably a configuration problem of some kind. If you go back to 8.04, we'd be happy to help you figure it out.
