when focused dotted border appears around dockbarx applet

Hello dear Ubuntu community, I am new to Linux, I like it. I am trying to customize it to my preferences. I use natty based ZorinOS. I am trying gnome themes.
I added dockbarx applet to gnome-panel, when I open an application on docbarx and minimize it, there appears bordering dots around dockbarx, it doesn't appear with some themes such as Win2-7 themes. I found an old thread that mention the same problem tagged as solved but posted link is dead. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1711016
Would you please help me with it?
    Thanks

Re: when focused dotted border appears around dockbarx applet

Updating my topic... I think it's related to control theme or border theme. When I customize theme by picking up different control or border theme the dotted border disappears. If I knew how to edit gtkrc file or whatever it's related, I could fix it.
