    OK! I was able to fix it.

    My setup:
    /dev/sda1 boot partition (unencrypted)
    /dev/sda5 root partition (encrypted)
    /dev/sda6 swap partition (encrypted)

    Boot a live-cd.
    # Become root
    sudo su
