Very good news. If anyone installed 'haveged' as a workaround, it isn't needed any longer with the 4.15.0-29 kernel.

A fixed kernel (4.15.0-29) was just released and it fixes the entropy problem! I uninstalled haveged and rebooted with the new kernel, and it works!...
There's a bug with the latest kernel that's causing long boot times for some people. I'm not sure if it's the issue you're having, but you could try this:
