    Hey...know how you feel, Ive done stuff like that before...the grub menu is located at:

    /boot/grub/menu.lst

    You will need to mount your drive that hosts ubuntu and locate it.

    You should just have to log in and then navigate to your LoCo page and use the drop-down towards the top of the page to select attachments. I was able to pull it up for the Toronto LoCo page.
