    I've seen spoof (fake) of Playstation network to show different ad's in HOME using apache on a LAN. You might want to try finding that and work your way towards xbox protocols for the market place.

    Its traffic filtering on the inbound (me to you), but you can still use it for outbound (you to me) traffic for web surfing.

    Sorry didn't see that you responded, usually if you got your ISP page and under support they have a list of blocked ports, or you could call and ask.

    Who is your ISP?

    Check with your ISP if port 80 is allowed. Most ISp in the USA will have port 80 blocked to residential accounts.

    Are you both your server and pc on the same workgroup? This can prevent your win machine from seeing the server since its still on the default workgroup.
