I was able to find the build-essentials_11.4build1_amd64.deb in my VirtualBox in the /var/cache/apt/archives folder. Does this deb have all of the files I am supposed to download?

Comes to think of it instead of individually installing I was wondering if I can just download the build-essentials off of the http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/amd64/build-essential/download called...
