    Satoru-san, I think the issue arises ONLY when one does have a webcam. I was able to use it just fine without a webcam, but the flash issue came up when I plugged in my webcam.

    I've tried switching out the 2 ram sticks I have to see if its either one failing and they both give me the same error. I've also ran the MEMTEST for over 12hrs with no errors.
