I have version Focal Fossa 22.04.1, on a Dell laptop,
By defalt my Blotooth turn on at start and restart.
Is there a way to disable Bluetooth at start and restart?

You can try to use these commands first to clean up a little:
Open Terminal and write or copy in and hit enter.
sudo apt autoclean
sudo apt autoremove

I warmly recommend Ubuntu.
But you have to have a basic knowledge about the hardware and software since Ubuntu is not as Windows, that is you have to make much of the settings (updated and setups)...
Problem solved...
Other USB, ext.HD and SD cards all fine so I resolved to make a partition image of the USB content and format it and then restore the partition image using Discs program.
