    Nah I want to keep my partition. I'm back on my proper Ubuntu now. However, I now just have another Ubuntu I won't use and that unallocated space....

    Haha...I've gone ahead and did what I did before to fix it....install another Ubunutu. It's got the smallest possible partition I can make. It seems to repair the grub...
