Network manager even find eth1 device in a drop down list with correct MAC address. It creates a wired connection entry, but doesn't connect. It still displays as device not ready.

Okay I did all as said, found all the .ko files, renamed them. Sundance wasn't on blacklist. Anyway, I rebooted with cable plugged. Here is ifconfig:

Okay I removed the Asus card. I renamed the r8168 file, removed it from blacklist, put in the ethernet cable to realtek card (light started flashing) and rebooted.
