    KPackageKIT doesn't respect dpkg hold, or even aptitute hold.

    It will recognize pinning from APT, though. Check out this how to for APT pinning.

    comment out everything in these two lists, by placing a "#" in front of every line that doesn't have one.

    You didn't type where you want to copy those files to. Use:
    sudo cp /home/hemant/realtek/alsa* /usr/src/alsa/
    or
    sudo cp /home/hemant/realtek/alsa* .
    (single dot means current directory)
