I just installed Ubuntu 20.04 on my laptop. The screen is jiggling like jello constantly (https://drive.google.com/file/d/12_ti0YLkELSaGQ3NRHI5fNW62RiOHHZM/view?usp=sharing). I have the Nvidia 470...
I only have experience with python 2.7 but I have seen that bash uses a for loop too... im sure theres a way to use it to make a loop for it to perform that operation on each file in the list......
Well 13.12 wouldnt work for me, so i went to the link of repositories provided by R33D3M33R and downloaded the 13.125 packages... im still a little confused because i double checked and i did...
Heres what happens. In the terminal i type "sudo amd-catalyst-13.12-linux-x86.x86_64.run --Buildpkg Ubuntu/saucy", which builds the .deb files fine, no issues. Then i type "sudo dpkg -i fglrx*.deb"...

QIII, i was referring to building the .deb. I installed all the dependencies and built it with no error messages whatsoever, and after rebooting i get a black screen of death after login. Honestly,...
mips, i agree completely. I bought my parts as a barebones kit and i have always preferred Nvidia over ATI. Looking into buying a Titan soon :D
I had no such luck with the new driver... black screen after i login... i noticed that your running 12.04 though do you know of any issues with fglrx and 13.10? (and if you do give me some links...
Well i guess ill dig it out and put it together but i meant for everyone else (after all i can just hop back to win7 when I want to play) but if i get it loaded and tweaked in how might i go about...
UPDATE: I had no trouble building the driver but frankly its garbage. I get a black screen after login, and after a few tries i just removed all the flgrx stuff with the terminal and called it a day....
First of all why are you using kali if your taking screenshots of games? I dont see the logic behind using penetration testing software for playing games and making movies?
If its possible to make it run on linux i have a flawless pcsxfin on my windows7... and if not i believe it uses a bios from a modified ps1 (its been a long time since ive looked at it) which i might...
I have an asus eah5770. I have no issues building the driver from ATI. What i want to know is if its possible to take my asus specific driver (it worked better than the ones from ati and obviously it...
