Is it a clean wow installation aswell? Because if you're using an old wow map(even though you have updated with the launcher) you're addons might be old and could trigger a crash...

Look over ATI...

And I also have a similar setup, i7, ATI etc.

I don't have an answer I'm afraid.
My personal solution was to install the 10.10 version instead which I'm very happy...
