    I see compact and full give a directional icon that if held can drag the keyboard up or down.

    You can do ad-hoc redacts with evince for the version used in Ubuntu 19.10.
    (Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be an option in earlier versions like what comes with Ubuntu 18.04,

    Not running a graphical session.
    Looks like it was run from a console.
    Running from a graphically terminal window, without root or sudo would help.

    It's built into gnome shell.
    As far as I know there is no separate program.

    You're thinking in the opposite direction.
    ubuntu-wallpapers-eoan is a dependency of ubuntu-wallpapers which is a dependency of gnome-shell.
    And without gnome-shell all those are packages go out...

    Seeing that you have Windows Task Manager in the second image I assume this is running on Windows.
    If so, then you probably have Windows' hyper-v virtualization hypervisor running.
    kvm is a linux...

    You need to go to Adv Reply to open the advanced editor, then click on the now visible paperclip icon to properly attach images.
    Or go to Edit Post then select the Go Advanced, and the same as above.

    Unless you're running an xubuntu or any number of non-Ubuntu desktops, it's not relevant to Ubuntu.
    For users in Ubuntu go to Settings > Details. Users will be a listing there.

    The default is 60 (or last I checked it was), setting it to 10 will make it swap less....
