    TPM as in Trusted Platform Module? Have you looked at the BIOS to see if there's anything misconfigured? Is there a list of which systems boot in which order, somewhere in the BIOS settings?

    Update: I just updated my BIOS following MSI's instructions (there was a new BIOS file published 2 weeks ago:x) and now suspend AND my trackpad work perfectly. No more workarounds. No more problems....
