my fans dosent go more then 50% and i getting 90 c

Hi i wanna ask how to change the speed of gpu fans i tried
cd /etc/X11
sudo nvidia-xconfig --enable-all-gpus
nvidia-xconfig --cool-bits=4
reboot
but after reset i got weird resolution someting...
