Recently I upgraded my computer to Ubuntu 13.04. I turned it off, and when I tried to boot it back up again, the computer just emits seven blips, nothing is shown...
Me answering my own question: Turns out this is a common bug, and you can go to http://askubuntu.com/questions/105261/not-able-to-change-flash-settings to see ways to fix it.
The Debian package development tools (dpkg-dev) are easily installable from the software center or by apt-get (sudo apt-get dpkg-dev).

I'm trying to install kubuntu onto my mac 10.4. I tried both the 32-bit and the mac iso's but the computer won't boot into either when I hold down C at startup.
