i may be dead wrong here... but couldn’t you just create another user without administrator privileges(Standard user)? that way any modification to be made to software or files on access will require...
i do know 13.04 is still in alpha(daily builds) but its far more stable than quantal ever was.

yes that works.. now i'm able to preview it
but my question is will there be no preview at all if the file is sourced only by banshee? because i prefer and use banshee as it gives me an equaliser...
no i've not removed RB... only changed the default from banshee to rhythmbox... does that mean i wont be able to preview any music files from the dash?
i installed quantal quetzal a few days back n now I’ve run into a small problem
when i right click any music file in my hard disk(i.e. locally) in the dash, the preview feature does not work...
i solved it now... thank you very much
changing the dns server to google's 8.8.8.8 did the trick :)
opening now in firefox :D
it dosent work in firefox, nor in chrome nor opera on a fresh install of ubuntu 12.04 and existing install also... i'm not using any blocking extensions also

the past few days i've been getting an internal system error in my wubi install of ubuntu... sometimes the desktop crashes and i've to log out n log back in to restart the system after which it works...

Try ubuntu out first before you go and install it... you can also install ubuntu inside windows through wubi which i would suggest.... Also make sure that all your hardwares, webcams and printers...
no we dont want to delete the linux partition because we installed ubuntu through wubi in the first place so thats not the problem :D
