This sounds curious... Have you tried adjusting the buffer size in jack (ie. in qjackctl) ?
Also, make sure you restart lmms after making such adjustments...
If I am not mistaken, this error message happens when you are trying to mount an iso to a folder that is not empty. You have to use an empty folder as mount point.
