XFS issue - interesting - I tried a quick test. Booted the PC with just the ext4 boot drive connected. PC booted normally.

I shrunk sdb1 to 99 GB, then ran boot-repair. No luck. Tried boot-repair again selecting "ATA disk support (solves the [out of disk]...
