    Sorry, I mispoke, it's Control-Alt-F1 through F7. You may need to hold the Function (Fn) key on your keyboard to access the F keys.

    They possibly would, but should they? What problem are you trying to solve? These processes hardly use any "valuable" resources, and do not really need to be disabled.
