I'm asking for some help about changing the path of xterm.

I use xterm alot, but everytime i open xterm it opens in a directory that i don't want.. and with a size that i don't...

it may sound silly but did you get the packet from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ? then do the dpkg to it because in your previous post you do not seem to have the packet or to be doing dpkg on...

i did the:

sudo dpkg -i install_flash_player_10_linux.deb

Selecting previously deselected package adobe-flashplugin. ...

i'm having flash problems too since the last update, (last week).
before it was OK, but the update said to install flashplayer...
any way to show what is installed so anyone can help?

I use kubuntu 8.10 fresh install, and i did apt-get install network-manager* because i need cisco vpn client plugin to connect to vpn's. so far so good. the problem is knetworkmanager...

i'm having problems with the wireless interface too. it doesn't activate... it's always deactivated since my fresh installation of intrepid...
