To just compile from source, you don't realy need Qt Creator:
Open a terminal and go to the folder where is the source code and execute:
qmake ; make
Thats all!
For the debian package you need...
MathMod was compiled under Ubuntu 64Bit with Qt5.2.
The binary needs some libs from qt5 to be installed before running.
If you dont know exactly what to do, the easiest way is to install a Qt5...
