Are you sure web site is even working? According to this it's not. Translated through Google. Portuguese is not my language.

[ubuntu] Re: Trying to listen to an online radio

My guess it needs activex plugin (Microsoft). You might try playing around with wine. I use this radio website.

I would stick with your current driver also. You will not gain anything by installing this driver from ATI. Catalyst control panel still looks and functions the same. Albeit quite ugly I might add....

Re: Ok, how do I 'learn' Linux?

Without trying to sound condescending or patronizing, it just boils down to what you're interested in doing. I would say that most Linux users have quite a few years of experience try different...

Re: Ok, how do I 'learn' Linux?

This site has plenty of info on Ubuntu use. I would suggest not trying to do too much, too soon. Just leads to frustration. Search these forums and when you find a solution for a problem, make sure...

Don't be afraid to ask. Those who are rude or unwilling to help aren't worth talking to anyway. Hopefully you get this resolved soon. Google is a great source of information too.

I saw that last night. Upgrade FF? To what? I'm already at 3.0.3 Microsoft cracks me up. I deleted hotmail right after that. It's worthless unless you enjoy junk mail.

Take a Live cd of Ubuntu to class. And then boot it. Even regular computer users will be impressed when they see an OS load up in about 2 minutes.
