what kind of encryption does your network use?
IIRC the Cisco Aironet 350, is at the moment, only capable of wep encryption.
I have both the NC6000 and Aironet 350. maybe I'll give it a go...
A hp/compaq NC6000 works perfect with 8.04 and 9.04. no problems with the internal wireless card.

what is the model of the card you are using.
To get one working please REMOVE the other (no need to fight that issue). I would suggest you first try to get the pci card working.
