I agree with the rice, as it is a dessicant (They LOVE water). Warm air, plus either rice or those little packets that come in a new pair of shoes will help dry it.
This is currently the ONLY way to watch Netflix in Ubuntu. It does a great job though!
Maybe try changing reporting settings under All Settings -> Privacy -> Diagnostics tab

Ubuntu is a pretty straightforward operating system to install. I recommend creating the disk, and then booting to it to check for compatibility first. Everyone here has been super helpful for me...
Considering your stipulation of it being optional software, I imagine this might go over really well. I think the hardest part would be integrating paypal accounts for all the different developers.

That was kind of my thought. At work we have 1 notebook that runs Windows 8, and it is tough to get used to for me, but I just discovered Classic Shell. Since the difficulty of getting to things...
I am not a fan of Windows 8, however I have limited experience with it (none of which is touchscreen). Although, I have not fiddled with the shell add-on.
I'm curious how much of your love of Windows 8 is because of the touchscreen component? I've used Windows 8 strictly on a non-touchscreen platform, and have been less than impressed.
