Use Chrome. It has builtin (latest) Flash.
Actually it is Ctrl+Alt+F7.

You can try pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 to get to console. From there you can log in with your credentials and run command
unity --replace
After that, press Ctrl+Alt+F7 to get back to your session....

You need to set permissions to images folder and files inside it.
Get to root directory with cd and type
sudo chmod -R 755 imagesThat should do the trick.
